Vincent Salvatoriello President + CEO

Vincent is a seasoned design and construction professional with extensive experience managing development projects throughout North America. His 20 + year career has been built on continuous improvement in mechanical engineering, engineering management, construction and project management. He is a firm believer in “Building Smart Solutions,” constantly pursuing improved methodologies and techniques that enhance productivity and efficiency while making use of the most current technology and processes.

A combination of practical and academic experience, organization involvement, and a commitment to mentoring have all contributed to Vincent’s leadership in the industry. He has cultivated relationships working alongside many nationally and internationally prominent architects and engineers. He understands their methodology and possesses a keen appreciation for design intent and creativity, but never loses sight of critical building functionality and cost imperatives. In addition, his experience encompasses a wider range of projects in both the public and private sectors where he has represented owners, developers and construction managers. As a result, he has developed a great ability to lead design teams for a diverse array of projects and has a history of bringing tremendous value to the overall process.
